  4. Hello Mrs. Sevil,

I will also go to Azerbaijan for business. I have a few questions: My destination is a place called Goranboy. Close to Ganja. However, as far as I have read and understood, visas are not issued at other airports except Heydar Aliyev airport. Also, it seems a little difficult to go to Ganja by plane as there is no direct flight. So I'm thinking of going to Baku and renting a car or going by train from there. As the train will be old-fashioned and slow, the vehicle seems more logical, but not knowing what to expect on the roads makes me nervous. Do you have any information/advice on this subject?

    • Hello Sardar,

You can rent a car in Azerbaijan, it is extremely safe. I haven't experienced the train, I can't say anything, but the roads are fine. When the nature is beautiful, the journey will be even more enjoyable.

Hello everyone, I recently got my passport, I wanted to travel to Azerbaijan, the ancestral land, but I was told that a visa is required, but I was told that I could take the bus from Ankara to the Azerbaijan Consulate in 2 days, or the bus company said that they could get it for 60 dollars. is it common? Or does the country we call brothers see us as chickens to be plucked, all I want is to go to Azerbaijan and see it in 2 days, do I have to run for a visa in 1 days?

    • Hello,

Since I went by plane, I easily got the visa for 10usd at the airport. I recommend that you get information from the Azerbaijan Consulate for the highway application.
