All of these cities have different characteristics. The answer I will give you will be entirely to my taste. Therefore, it may be misleading for you.
My comments:
– You can easily find cheap tickets to places such as Budapest, Skopje, Pristina and go for the weekend by yourself. You don't need to spend the ticket you won for this.
– You will definitely need a visa for Schengen countries, which means an additional cost of 240TL per person at best, be careful.
– My favorite cities on your list are Amsterdam and Vienna, but Vienna in particular is expensive, as are Paris and London.
– If you have not been abroad before, I can suggest you to start with Rome.
