If the beneficiary is retired or resigned, he/she must be present in person at the time of application. If he/she does not come, he/she must submit a notarized power of attorney for his/her spouse and child.

In the power of attorney letter given for the child; “I declare that my child/children under the age of 25, for whom I have requested a specially stamped passport, are students, are not employed in any job, and are not married, and I also allow them to benefit from my specially stamped passport right, and for the spouse, "I allow my spouse to benefit from my specially stamped passport right". It should be tried.

If the child is under 18 years of age; If the parents are divorced, the consent of the custodial parent will be required.

If the child is under 18 years of age; During the continuation of the divorce case of the mother and father, action will be taken according to the interim decision given by the court, without requiring a final annotation.

In case of death of the retired/retired beneficiary; Consent will not be required for adult children, and the consent of the surviving parent or legal representative will be required for minor children.
