Cleaning & Health Supplies

I may have exaggerated the cleaning and health supplies a little, since my journey in Mongolia will pass in deserts, steppes and mountains outside the cities.

  • Refreshing wipes (in lots): lots of them as we will be staying in tents in many places and we are unlikely to find a toilet 🙂
  • Antibiotic cream. You do not know what will happen to you on the way, it is useful to have it for open wounds.
  • Vitamin: my energy does not decrease, but what if it does 🙂
  • muscle relaxant cream
  • painkiller
  • Antipyretic
  • Shampoo

"Does he who reads a lot or travels a lot?" I started by saying, I am still looking for an answer. I travel after my dreams and share my experiences on my blog, newspapers and magazines. I love to travel, read, write and dream.
