The closest train station to Budapest airport is Ferihegy. About 100 trains pass through this stop every day and you can reach the city center in less than half an hour.

I bought a daily ticket from the machine, 1650 huf. I got on the subway, tram and Oyobus. Only metro entrances are controlled. The officer does not even look at the validity time, he does not stay with the officer after 9 pm. You can easily get on the trams and buses, you can already get on and off the door you want.
