7th day Pisa in 4 days Italy tour

We hop on the train from Florence, and the journey takes about 1 hour and takes us a short stroll in the fertile delta of the Arno river.

We get off the train in Pisa and go to the depository inside the station to leave our belongings. The escrow is similar to the relics in our bus stations. You hand over your luggage to the attendant and pay per piece. I don't remember the number but if I'm not mistaken it was something like 3€.

Places to Visit in Pisa

Pisa is a small city. Because of the university here, everywhere is full of young people. ItalyThe excess in the number of lingerie shops that draw my attention in other cities of Turkey becomes even more remarkable here. One of the 3 stores definitely sells underwear.

Getting around the city on foot is quite easy. When you continue right from the train station, it takes only 15 minutes to reach Miracles Square. square of miracles crooked Leaning Tower of PisaIt is a huge square where the city's Duomo is located. Dozens of young people are enjoying the beautiful weather and this interesting place on the lawn. In addition to university students, tourists coming in groups are enjoying the beauty of the square with curious eyes.

The biggest entertainment of the tourists is to pose interestingly against the tower of Pisa 🙂 Of course, we also get our share. We watch a short film about how the Leaning Tower of Pisa was bent and what was done to save it. They want a total of 25€ to climb the tower, enter the Duomo, and visit other buildings in the square. We don't go out by saying what's wrong with the Galata tower 🙂 It's already crooked, it's going to topple over 🙂

When we say there is not much to do in Pisa, we find ourselves another entertainment. Bicycles that can be ridden in groups. Half an hour amuses us a lot. There are those for 2-3 people and those for 6-7 people. You should see groups of 6-7 people.

We enjoy the sun in Miracles Square and dine at one of the many touristic restaurants around the square. Pisa is quite cheap compared to other cities in Italy, we can't help but wonder if it might be because it is a student city.

We will be in Rome tonight. That's why we're slowly leaving Pisa behind. Arno river As in Florence, it passes through the city and creates beautiful views here.

Stay on track!
