Holders of Diplomatic, Service and Special Passports for Laos are subject to a visa.
As of April 1, 2019, Turkish citizens can obtain a visa at the border gates for 35 USD. In order to obtain a visa at the border gates, an application form must be filled on the plane and at the border gates and a photograph must be submitted. With a visa taken at the border, you can stay in Laos for up to 30 days.

UPDATE: Signed Diplomatic Visa Waiver Agreement between Laos and Turkey. So visa-free entry is only valid for diplomats. Unfortunately, burgundy passports will continue to receive visas.

Umit, I've been going to Laos for six years, I got a visa from Bangkok, from Khonkaen, but really the consulate thing is over. On July 18, I personally got a visa at the door. You can fly directly to Wattay airport from Bangkok and get your visa at the door. just in case, copy TURSAB's visa letter for laos and translate it into Thai, take a print out, you can show this text when you check out at Suvarnabhumi airport as the Thai authorities do not know that the visa has been lifted. But I would like to give you some advice, fly to Udon Thani from Bangkok. It costs less and you can enter Vientiane from Nong Khai in 1 hour.
