Malta International Airport, also known as Luqa Airport, connects Malta to the world. Especially the fact that Ryanair has flights here brings those who want to travel from many parts of Europe at an affordable price, to have a holiday, especially to have a sea holiday, to Malta.

Getting to Malta Airport
Although the airport is not a very big airport, it is a great advantage that it provides direct bus transportation to the main cities. Example line numbers
- X4 Valletta
- X2 Silemna
- 119 Marsalox
- 201 Blue Grotto
You can see the Malta bus map on the map below.
There is also a tourist office at the airport, a public transport office where you can buy bus tickets or ask for bus routes.
Do you sleep at Malta Airport?
I could not find a suitable place to sleep at the arrival terminal and exit of the airport. But since there is public transport in the evening, you will not need to stay anyway.
