What to eat in Adana?
What to eat in Adana?

It is assertive in terms of eating and drinking as well as places to visit in Adana. The city is among the food and beverage capitals of Turkey. I name those capitals in order; I count as Hatay, Gaziantep, Adana and Diyarbakır.

When you go to Adana, Adana kebab, liver skewers, fellah meatballs, liver, mumbar and sirdan are the dishes you should definitely taste. Be sure to eat cezerye and ring dessert for dessert and buy it as a gift on your return. They have a dessert called Bici bici, but I didn't like it much. And of course, don't leave without having a glass of milk at Kazım Buffet.

If you are planning to go to Adana, do not go during the summer months, because of the high humidity, it is too hot to breathe. In spring or winter, you can go and travel comfortably and eat to the fullest.
